FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I sell your products on your site and get credit for it? This is an often asked question. Our website is equipped with a special software program called an "affiliate program" that assigns small snippets of code to our pages that identify each dealer. These are very popular and common among online businesses. When a customer visits our site by clicking on the link on your site, this program recognizes this fact and records any sales to you. As an added precaution, when a customer registers on our site, we require they also tell us their referring dealer. In this way, we can track every purchase to assure you get your full commissions. Additionally, we highly suggest you take a moment and register your customers to our site as a courtesy. It only takes a couple of minutes and further assures you never miss a sale. So I get paid for anyone who comes to your site from my website and buys a product? That's about it. You can do as little as add a text link or banner to your website telling people they can click here for memorial products or you can add a new memorial products page with product photos and descriptions that link to our shopping cart with your special code attached. And there's no paperwork for me to do in the ordering process? That's right. Just direct your client to your website and have them click the link you have provided. They will be directed to the Patchwork Memorials shopping cart and will make their selections and complete the purchase online. It couldn't possibly be any easier for you. Suppose they want to see a sample of the quilt or the bust before they buy? We're certain many will want to do just that. That's why we offer our dealers display quilts, sample fabric books and other display items such as a sample bust and memorial book. Of course we have full color brochures as well. Our display quilt is exactly like one your clients might buy and the fabric books let them see and touch the fabrics so they can choose the one that's just right for them. Display the quilt in your selection room or consultation office. It will add color and texture to your displays and will offer your customers something that brings comfort and will last, not just beyond the funeral services, but for generations to come. We do not require you purchase one of our Dealer Display Kits to but we highly recommend you get one to maximize your potential. That's why we make you a special offer and guarantee if you obtain a our Dealer Display Kit when you first sign up however you can order sales support items through our Customer Service pages anytime as well. Once I register, how soon can I start selling your products? All you need to do is get that link on your website and your set to start selling. We will work directly with your webmaster if you want in order to simplify and streamline the process for you. Once on your website, you might consider sending an email or regular mail out to your previous clients. The desire to own a beautiful memorial quilt doesn't end with the funeral service. If you encourage another dealer to sign up via your website, even if it's one of your own satellite operations, you get a 5% commission (we call it an override) on everything they sell as well. What sizes must the photos for your quilts be? If customers are uploading photos for the quilts, they need to be at 300 pixels for superior reproduction. The actual sizes varies depending on the quilt. The sizes are clearly identified during the purchasing process and range from 7" square to around 4.5" square. Of course, we recognize that not everyone is handy with a computer and so we offer customers an opportunity to let us help them with the process right down to sending the photos to us and letting us scan them in for them. Naturally, we return them unharmed.
